InGaAs Array Focal Plane Sensor GD-NIR64015M

Photodiode module

The GD-NIR64015M device is a thermoelectric cooling hybrid InGaAs shortwave infrared focal plane array imaging detector,which is composed of a CMOS readout circuit chip and an InGaAs photodiode detector array inverted and interconnected. The array resolution is 640×512.

The response band coverage of GD-NIR64015M focal plane array imaging detector is 0.9~1.7um(standard band)and 0.4~1.7um(visible band) range have performance advantages such as low noise,high sensitivity, high uniformity,and large dynamic range. They have good reliability under refrigeration and non refrigeration working conditions and can be widely used in military and civilian dual-use fields.

-DIP type metal shell airtight packaging is adopted.

-Built-in TEC cooler, the chip operating temperature is controllable
